In partnership with Osborne Clarke, Intelligent Transport’s Leah Hockley is joined by Chia Ling Koh, Steve Yu and Parveen Arora to discuss mobility trends in Asia and the legal challenges of delivering digital payments systems, intelligent vehicles and e-mobility.
In the second instalment of a three-episode video miniseries in partnership with Osborne Clarke, Intelligent Transport‘s Leah Hockley is joined by Chia Ling Koh, Managing Director of Osborne Clarke Queen Street; Steve Yu, Co-Managing Partner of Zhang Yu & Partners; and Parveen Arora, Partner and Practice Lead of Energy and Infrastructure at BTG Legal.
In this episode, Chia, Steve and Parveen discuss the mobility trends that they have witnessed in Shanghai, Singapore and Delhi, as well as topics including digital payment and reservation systems; autonomy and connectivity; and electric vehicles infrastructure.

With more than 20 years law firm experience, Chia Ling Koh is the Managing Partner of OC Queen Street LLC, a member of Osborne Clarke’s international legal practice. He has experience in advising on a broad spectrum of regulatory and litigation issues relating to the technology, media and communications, Fintech, payments and blockchain sectors.
Parveen Arora is Partner and Head of the Energy & Infrastructure Practice at BTG Legal. He brings with him almost two and half decades of rich experience in many roles, including the legal, commercial, regulatory and management activities of large infrastructure, power, renewable and manufacturing companies.
Steve Yu is a co-founder of Zhang Yu & Partners, a member of the Osborne Clarke global network in China. He previously built and managed China operations for two major western law firms. As a critical issues business lawyer with nearly 25 years of experience in law, Steve advises senior corporate leaders to navigate business opportunities that are unique to the Chinese market.
