First Travel Solutions is expanding its taxi booking system

First Travel Solutions has partnered with booking and dispatch specialists, Autocab, to expand its taxi booking system for customers.

The strategic partnership with Autocab enhances First Travel Solutions’ taxi network, allowing the business to introduce seamless automated booking processes for taxi operators using Autocab’s dispatch solution. The integration will therefore deliver a wide range of benefits, including real-time passenger information and administration efficiencies.

The partnership will also improve the overall passenger experience, including quick access to vehicle make, model and colour through vehicle and journey information, as well as detailed up-to-date information on the journey through real-time passenger information using Google Maps.
