BemroseBooth Paragon (BBP), the manufacturer of RFID and smart-enabled plastic tickets, has secured the contract to supply up to 200,000 Leap Cards, providing travellers with a convenient way to pay for public transport services in Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick, Waterford and Wexford.
Processing the cards, which incorporate a Mifare chip, from its innovative technology centre in Boston, BBP will also programme the passes that allow customers to simply tap the top-up passes onto any smart-enabled device to pay for their travel.John Wise comments: “As a specialist provider of RFID products to transport operatives around the world, this is an excellent account to add to our growing portfolio of clients.”
