Uber Transit partnerships vary from providing First Last Mile or Late Night connections to Fixed Route service, to complimenting Paratransit and Microtransit operations. Prior to Uber Transit, Dmitriy worked as a consultant and executive for various SaaS firms who develop solutions to help Transit Agencies manage their daily operations and business.

Adrian Ulisse stands out as a distinguished Senior Mobility Executive, boasting an extensive 30-year career in the Smart Mobility and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) fields. He has been the driving force behind several pioneering innovations, including the launch of a groundbreaking integrated system for managing both traffic and pedestrian flows in the Middle East. Additionally, he introduced an advanced system in the UK for optimising road traffic signals using connected vehicle data—a technology that is now expanding worldwide. His contributions also extend to leading the introduction of Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) solutions in various cities across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. In the United States and Europe, he has collaborated with numerous rail operators to introduce innovative first/last mile solutions. His exceptional ability to lead multimillion-euro transportation technology projects and forge crucial strategic partnerships has played a pivotal role in advancing the Smart Mobility and ITS industries. This has solidified his reputation as a key influencer who consistently drives substantial technological advancements in the mobility sector.

Having started Liftango in 2017 with a simple goal to reduce the number of cars on the road, Kevin has built Liftango into one of the leading demand-responsive transport technologies with projects all around the world, operating in 21 countries to-date.

Prior to this, Kevin served as a business intelligence manager for a $10B investment fund. Kevin holds a Bachelor Degree in Applied Mathematics and Post-Graduate Qualification in Geographical Information Systems.
