In this webinar, Leon Daniels, formerly Head of Surface at Transport for London, discussed today’s current technologies for bus planning and scheduling and how next-gen technologies will be replacing them. We will look at a case study of how MV Transportation used next generation scheduling and planning. In the latter third of the webinar included a brief demo, discussions on where and how artificial intelligence for on-time performance fits in, and how analytics insights can be gained.

Leon Daniels – Former Managing Director, Surface Transport at Transport for London

Leon Daniels served as Managing Director, Surface Transport at Transport for London until 2017. Before joining TfL, Leon built and sold his own venture-capital backed business to a FTSE 100, multinational transport business.

Dave Joshua – Optibus UK General Manager

Dave leads the UK office and business entity for Optibus and is responsible for both our people and growth in the region. He’s highly experienced both at a strategic level and directly advising clients in analytics, big data and optimisation projects for the top FTSE and Fortune 100 for over 10 years.
