Using banknote recycling indoors provides the ideal environment to protect the technology inside. However, not all operating environments are the same; some are prone to extreme temperature fluctuations, high humidity and elevated levels of contaminants that range from dirt and dust to air pollution.

CPI’s BNR has set a market-leading technology standard for the industry in the last 10 years, with over 80,000 installations throughout the world in various markets.

CPI has been able to leverage its long-term customer partnerships and associated field data to further optimise the efficiency of its customers’ businesses and has now developed an enhanced version: the BNR Advance.

The BNR Advance employs technological transformations to deliver superior performance in harsh conditions. Numerous improvements to the sensors and the technology that powers them means they constantly provide accurate readings of the banknote even when pollution particles have entered the system. It features an enhanced main module and state-of-the-art sensing technology to maximise acceptance and extend the product uptime by four times, even when contaminants have entered the system.

The result: happier customers, increased sales and 60 per cent lower total cost of ownership. The BNR Advance Main Module is fully compatible with all current BNR and BNA6 field installations.
