Crossrail will begin fitting out full height platform screen doors at central stations on the new Elizabeth line this month. View the video of trial installations at a test facility in Wolverton…
Platform screen door installation trials for the Elizabeth line have been undertaken in a test facility in Wolverton to refine and streamline the process. The screen doors are to be taken to central stations in London in February 2017 where they will be fitted out.

Interesting! The new City line below Stockholm will also have automatic doors. Will the Elizabeth line have automatic driving? The City line will not; I wonder how drivers will be able to stop so precisely that train doors match platform doors.
