As the Senior Director of Innovation & Technology at Transdev North America (formerly First Transit), Tina spearheads the integration of technology solutions into business operations, driving improved product offerings, operations and efficiency through her innovative initiatives. She goes the extra mile by providing strategic planning and technology consulting services, guiding clients toward successful product development and delivery.

Previously serving as AVP of Innovation, Payment Systems & Reporting, Tina led ground-breaking projects that harnessed on-demand technologies, revolutionised payment acceptance and introduced award-winning mobile applications. Her visionary leadership positioned North Texas as a mobility integrator, offering customers first- and last- mile options through microtransit, ride-hailing and other innovative mobility services. Her ability to cultivate vendor relationships and spot new business opportunities has been instrumental in driving growth in the organisations that she has worked for. With a customer-centric approach, Tina has managed product roadmaps and delivered innovative transportation solutions, automated payment systems and Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) initiatives.
