The growing ridership has been fuelled by a significant increase in new riders, with Dott more than doubling the number of new riders to its service between April-June 2022 compared to the start of the year.
In addition to providing e-scooter and e-bike information to more cities through Google Maps, Dott has also launched its micro-mobility services in new countries such as Sweden, Israel and the Netherlands.
The sale will include the purchase of TST by Arriva and will allow Arriva Group to maintain a strong business for the long-term, as well as provide future growth and opportunities for the business in Portugal.
