Judy Vaccaro

Judy Vaccaro-Fry, Chief Financial Officer, Antelope Valley Transit Authority (AVTA)

Judy Vaccaro-Fry began her transit career with the Antelope Valley Transit Authority in 2007. Her positions have included Contractor Oversight Officer, Contracts & Procurements, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Liaison, Grants Administrator, and Director of Finance & Administration. She was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2019 and continues to maintain grant oversight responsibility. Judy has been successful in the award of several grants from the Federal Transit Administration; notably a BUILD and two Low or Now Emission grant awards. State and local grant awards include five consecutive Transit & Intercity Rail Capital awards, Antelope Valley Air Quality Management District, and a LACMTA’s Call for Projects. As part of her Executive position, Judy serves on the following: Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Agency’s (LACMTA) Bus Operator Subcommittee (BOS), LACMTA Transit Advisory Council (TAC), LA County’s Municipal Operator Association (LACMOA), Antelope Valley Edge’s (AV EDGE) Legislative and Transportation Committees, California Transit Association’s Committees: Finance and Management, Federal Legislative, Small Operators and Zero Emission Bus Taskforce, and American Public Transportation Association’s (APTA) Committees: Small Operators, Legislative and Workforce Development. Official appointment includes City of Palmdale’s Measure AV Tax Oversight Committee, and was elected President of the Antelope Valley College Foundation’s Board of Directors early 2022. Judy holds a certificate in Transit and Paratransit Management, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Marketing, a Master’s Degree in Business Leadership; emphasis in Disaster Preparedness & Crisis Management, and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration; emphasis in Government & Policy. Ms. Fry is a former adjunct professor at the University of Antelope Valley and her spare time includes playing games with her grandchildren over Facetime, researching historical events, watching live music, and assembling all shapes, sizes and types of puzzles.

Joanna

Joanna Huitt, Senior Mobility Planner, Marin Transit

Joanna is a transportation professional with experience in planning. Her work is primarily focused on demand response and mobility management programs serving older adults and individuals with disabilities.

 

Lina KulikwoskiLina Kulikowski, Innovation and Business Transformation Manager, Broward County Transit

Lina is a transportation professional with a diverse experience in planning, engineering, technology, procurement, contract administration, and project management. She currently leads a team of professionals with the mission to foster a data-driven decision-making culture within the agency.
