Oliver Bratton is Operations Director, European Business, MTR Corporation Ltd. He oversees MTR’s operations in London and Stockholm, and leads on operations, innovation and customer service in MTR’s bids. He is particularly focussed on how technology can improve the passenger experience, not least through integration with operational systems. In the last 10 years he has worked primarily in urban rail systems, including London Overground, Tyne & Wear Metro, and MTR Crossrail.
