He is an expert on e-mobility and smart city projects in ALEM, the Local Energy and Climate Change Agency in the Murcia City Council. He is the e-mobility manager of the city of Murcia and the author of its e-mobility strategy. Coordinator of the energy group of RECI, the Spanish network of intelligent cities, where he acts as a facilitator for the sharing of best practises between the main cities of Spain. He plays an active role on the most relevant European networks focused on smart city & sustainable mobility initiatives.
