Alistair Lenczner

Director & Leader, Expedition and Lead on HS4Air

Alistair Lenczner is a cross-discipline designer with over 30 years experience working internationally on major building and infrastructure projects. A chartered engineer, Alistair spent several years working at consulting engineers Arup and later architects Foster and Partners where he became Partner. Projects on which he has had a significant contribution include the renovation of the Louvre Museum (Paris), the Padre Pio Church (Italy), the new Wembley Stadium, the Millau Viaduct and the Slussen master plan in Stockholm. Now Director at Expedition Engineering, Alistair has recently been involved with the design of the new HS2 stations at London Euston and Old Oak Common. Whilst at Expedition he has led the development of the HS4Air proposal for an orbital high speed railway around London connecting Gatwick and Heathrow airports.
