Product Manager, Rambus Ticketing
Richard joined Ecebs in 2006 as a Graduate Software Engineer, since then he has progressed through the company in various roles before taking up his current position in 2014. Richard has extensive ITSO knowledge, gained initially as a developer where his responsibilities included technical design & development for our suite of transport products, and as a project manager, having managed the rollout of ITSO based deployments for a number of the company’s transport customers.
He has also delivered ITSO training for our customers and 3rd party organisations over a number of years. As Product Manager, Richard has responsibility for our transport solutions. His role brings technical knowledge and commercial understanding together to effectively bridge the gap between the sales and technical teams, helping to drive Rambus Ticketing technology solutions in a direction that best meets our customers’ needs.
