Past experience: From September 2000 to December 2012 I’ have been the ICT Consulting Managing Director at Betanet – Beta 80 Group Milan (Italian top 50 ICT System Integration firm) , responsible for developing and managing the consulting services unit and Project Manager/Chief ICT Consultant for both Business Process Management and IT Control & Governance in complex projects at medium and large enterprise organisations in different market sectors: Telco, Finance, PA, Transportation and Retail.
In the Ninety I worked for KPMG Consulting Milan as Senior Consultant & Technical Project Manager for Network & System Management and IT Service Management implementation projects.
