Case study: A real-life journey from door-to-door supported by a mobile contact strategy

To improve passengers’ journeys, accurate and reliable travel information must be provded, payment must be easy and convenient connections to other modes of transport must be offered. The technology to do this is already available and Nederlandse Spoorwegen aims to make vision happen. This case study will focus using customer data and preferences to proactively deliver travel advice.
