Like in 2008, Scheidt & Bachmann has been awarded a contract from LINZ AG LINIEN for the delivery of stationary ticket vending machines. The order comprises 200 new FareGo Sales ST|40 and the option to deliver 110 additional ticket vending machines to replace old models over the next few years.
Accessibility for all is assured because the machines conform to TSI PRM standards.
The four-corner-menu with audio response via speakers and the tactile elements on the front panel ensure easy handling for visually impaired passengers. All popular payment methods including coins, bank notes and cashless payment will be accepted. Moreover the ticket vending machines FareGo Sales ST|40 can be equipped with a display for dynamic passenger information in real time.
