Predina uses Deep Learning to dynamically predict the risk of transport incidents (accidents, customer delivery failure etc) based on context. The company has achieved over 70% accuracy in predicting over 1000 incidents in a real world commercial pilot with BOC. The Linde Group (BOC’s parent company) invested in the company.
The company’s AI learns from over 2M accidents (both textual and video) with 28 contextual data variables (weather, satellite images, traffic flow etc). The company’s models are able to predict the likelihood and severity of an accident and the cause. Applications include: hotspots, route-cause analysis, safer routing, alerting driver to high risk zones etc.
