Operations Director at Reading Buses

Godfrey Mawoyo joined the bus industry in 2007 as a bus driver for RATP Dev London. In 2010, he was promoted to Service Controller taking on supervisory responsibilities.

Godfrey progressed through various management roles, holding the position of Operations Manager at Shepherds Bush Garage from 2017 to 2020 when he left RATP Dev London to take up a post as Head of Operations for Cardiff Bus.

Godfrey left Cardiff Bus in June 2023 to take up his current post as Operations Director at Reading Buses.
