Duncan Robertson

Duncan Robertson has spent 15 years at the forefront of micro-mobility in the UK. Starting out with Transport for London (TfL) in the early days of London’s Cycle Hire scheme, he then moved on to Mobike as Head of Government Affairs, before arriving at Dott as General Manager for the UK.

Duncan led the team in a competitive tender process to win Dott a place in London’s e-scooter trial, and has been instrumental in bringing the first dockless bikes and scooters to the UK.

Duncan brings an operator’s perspective to the Intelligent Transport Advisory Board, contributing insights into the logistics and commercial sides of micro-mobility. As an advocate of mixed modal transport, Duncan’s input will demonstrate how micro-mobility can be integrated in the best way and provide a reliable transport option for cities.
